The Certified Instructional Trainer® (CIT®) credential, administered by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), recognizes safety professionals who excel at developing and delivering effective safety training programs. This certification validates expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional delivery.
