What is a PMP?

A PMP-certified professional has demonstrated expertise in leading and directing projects, managing project teams, and applying project management principles to achieve objectives. The PMP certification validates knowledge across five key process groups: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing—skills directly applicable to managing EHS programs, construction safety projects, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
